Shipping and refund policy
- Most orders ship within 24 hrs Monday-Friday.
- We ship all orders USPS. You will be sent a tracking number once the order has shipped.
- We are not responsible for packages once USPS takes possession of them.
- In the case of delayed/lost orders contact your local USPS facility.
- All orders are shipped in plain boxes or mailer envelopes.
- Return address and name are discreet.
- Orders over $150 require signature.
Do not return any item until you have interlaced EPS first
- All products that are being returned must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date of your order.
- The item must be un-opened and in the same condition as received. When returning a product back to us, please package the item(s) carefully so they will not be damaged in transit.
- If you ordered the incorrect product, or simply no longer need the product you purchased, you are responsible for the return freight.
- If we shipped you the wrong product, we will provide you a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse you for the shipping cost to return the item.
- We suggest that all returns are shipped to us with tracking as we are not responsible for packages until they are received at our facility.
- Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt at our facility.
- Your refund will be issued in the same manner in which the order was paid
- All special order items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All special order items are identified on the product detail page of the item.
